In 2000, Chris Perram capitalized on his 15 years of Information Governance expertise by launching his own consultancy, turning it into an internationally recognized centre of excellence for functional classification and metadata modeling. For over a decade, Mr. Perram provided world class IG solutions to the largest companies and governments in the world before pivoting the company to FileFacets in 2015. Chris has created an award-winning SaaS-based privacy compliance and enterprise discovery solution that is adopted around the world.
Chief Financial Officer
Andrew Bailes is CFO at FileFacets. He was previously CFO at Cryptocard, the leading Two Factor Authentication SaaS provider, and was instrumental in its successful sale in 2012. Since then he has worked on various projects, including leading a 25-strong finance team for Lowe-Martin. He has extensive experience in IT, Telecoms and other sectors, managing not only Finance, but also Legal, HR and Operational functions. Andrew holds undergraduate and master’s degrees in Mathematics and Management Studies from Cambridge University (UK) and came top in his Executive MBA at Cornell (USA) and Queens University (Canada).
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Kirill leads the product development and engineering teams and is responsible for the development of the FileFacets content analytics and migration platform as well as the ECM connector development strategy. Kirill’s six year tenure at FileFacets he has consistently evolved the FileFacets product to the flexible and scalable SaaS platform it is today.
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
As Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Jennifer Nelson leads FileFacets’ go-to-market strategy including sales, channel acquisition and enablement, as well as corporate and product marketing. Jennifer brings over 17 years experience in the Ottawa high tech community – from global technology pioneers to start-ups – serving in a variety of marketing and senior leadership roles in high-growth mobile, security, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) businesses. Building on her background in corporate communications, brand management and sales and marketing operations, she founded her own marketing consultancy in 2013 to help businesses with their growth strategies.
Vice President, Product
As Vice President, Product, Jordan is responsible for the product roadmap and the Customer Success team’s sales engineers, customer support and technical support. As one of the first employees, and over his 10 year tenure at FileFacets, Jordan has held a variety of roles including Business Analyst, Developer, Project Lead, Sales, and Product Manage. He has championed several major information management projects in the government, oil and gas, utilities, mining, and legal markets. Jordan holds a Degree in Computer Science at University of Waterloo and Psychology at Carleton University.
Regional Vice President, Sales – Pacific, Mountain US & Canada
Doug is a results-oriented and customer-service driven senior business professional with over twenty-five years experience in leadership and management roles in project management, facilities management, business operations and business continuity. Having joined FileFacets in 2012, Doug has held various position including Manager of Project Delivery and Vice President, Operations, overseeing all aspects of client service delivery and project management activities.
Regional Vice President, Sales – Eastern, Central US
Mark brings over 30 years of experience in Information Management and holds the following certifications: Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA+), an Electronic Record Management Practitioner (ERMp), Information Governance Professional (IGP), and a Certified Information Professional (CIP). Mark comes to FileFacets from Ricoh where he held the position of Business Process Solutions Specialist within the Business Information Solutions group. Throughout his career, Mark has developed and executed document conversion projects for fortune 500 companies saving them time and money all while mitigating risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Director, Channel Sales – EMEA
Peter joins FileFacets from Avaya, a global provider of next-gen business collaboration, communications and networking solutions, where he held the position of Channel Manager for Northern UK. Peter brings over 25 years experience in channel sales into Tier 1 vendors and managed distribution for other European businesses. Previous to his time at Avaya, Peter held the position of Value-Added Reseller, Retail Sales Manager and Dell EMEA Alliance Manager for D-Link.
